3207622 - QM01, QM02 vs. defects recording: different code groups displayed in F4 catalog selection popup

While processing a quality notification and selecting coding for subject, the catalog selection differs in different transactions - as per the displayed code group entries.

In transaction QM01 or QM02 the displayed code groups correspond to the catalog profile customizing assigned to the notification type. 

However, when the notification source is defects recording - created from transaction QF01, QA32, QE* - a different set of code groups are displayed, although the notification type is the same.
