3207763 - Error Message: Enter either a location ID or a logistics area ID for sequence ABC

 System triggers errors when user removes Basic Material Flow Rules from a location master data.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Go to Locations View.
3. Select the desired location.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to Material Flow tab.
6. Remove the Source Logistics Area and the Destination Logistics Area below the Basic Rule option.
7. Click on Save.
8. You receive the following error:

 Enter either a location ID or a logistics area ID for sequence ABC

This is the expected system behavior.

In order to delete a Material Flow Rule, the user must select the Advanced Rule option.

1. Go to Supply Chain Design Master Data Work Center.
2. Go to Locations View.
3. Select the desired location.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to Material Flow tab.
6. Click on Advanced Rule.
7. Select the option to delete the sequence under both Source and Destination tabs.
