3207773 - HR datasources: ODP DTP - same primary key already exists with SODQ666

Symptom

ODP DTP extraction of HR dataosurces fails with error:

The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists
Message no. SODQ666

Meanwhile, there might be the following error in extraction job log:

Exception DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR occurred in line 33 of include LHRMS_BIW_PTDWU27 (program SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW)
Exception UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION occurred in line 1 of include LHRMS_BIW_PTDWU27 (program SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW) 
Error with extractor call RSC1_INIT_BIW_GET
