3207784 - ACP File for UIHR002 when upgrading from NW AS ABAP 7.52

Symptom

When upgrading from NW AS ABAP 7.52 to SAP S/4HANA FOUNDATION 2021, the error below was reported in the phase EHP_INCLUSION.

4EETQ399 Component 'UIHR002': stack release = source release, but according to the import conditions KEEP is not allowed!

****

The latest ACP package UIHR002===100 was loaded in the system, and you can see the import conditions were matched.

Environment

Upgrading from NW AS ABAP 7.52 to SAP S/4HANA FOUNDATION 2021 with SAP FIORI FOR SAP S/4HANA 2021 and SAP FIORI FES 2021 FOR S/4HANA - SAP Frontend Server 7.56.
