3207829 - [Cloud Integration] HTTP Receiver Channel Points to Undesired URI in Runtime

Symptom

Despite of specifying a valid, even fixed URL in HTTP Receiver Channel, the message is sent to an undesired URI.
In some cases you might see failure like below:

com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: /http/<Sender Endpoint> could not be parsed into a proper Uri, missing scheme.
