3207951 - Error: "No sufficient Consignment stock available for Product"

While performing Post Goods Receipts / Confirming Put-away task for a Custodian Goods Return Notification the error occurs.

Error: No sufficient Consignment stock available for Product

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Inbound Delivery Notifications View.
3. Search for Notification: ABC (ABC represents the Inbound Delivery Notification ID).
4. Choose Post Goods Receipt.
5. Choose Propose Quantities.
6. Choose Save and Close
7. The error occurs
   "No sufficient Consignment stock available for Product"

The error occurs in the following Cases:

Case - 1: Data Mismatch

While creating a Custodian Goods Return Notification, the error occurs if there is a data mismatch between the Custodian Goods Return Notification and the Consignment Stock Overview for the following fields:

• Fill-Up Site
• Ship-To Location
• Sender ID
• Account ID

Case - 2: Insufficient Stock

The error can also occur if the product used in the Custodian Return Notification does not have sufficient stock available in the Consignment Stock Overview.

Case - 1:

While creating New Custodian Goods Return Notification, maintain the following parameters Ship-to Location, Fill-up Site, Sender ID and Account ID as per Consignment Stock Overview

To check Consignment Stock Overview,

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Under Common Task, Consignment Stock Overview.
3. Search with the Product: ABC. (ABC represents Product ID)
4. Observe the Custodian ID (Sender ID), Account ID, Fill-up Site ID, Owner ID.

Case - 2:

While creating Custodian Goods Return Notification, the products should have sufficient stock in Consignment Stock Overview.
