3207951 - System triggers error message "No sufficient Consignment stock available for Product" when trying to perform Post Goods Receipt

You are trying to perform Post Goods Receipt for Custodian Goods Return Notification KLM *KLM refers to Custodian Goods Return Notification id

"Save failed"
"No sufficient Consignment stock available for Product"

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center
2. Go to Inbound Delivery Notifications View
3. Search for KLM
4. Click Post Goods Receipt
5. Click Propose Quantities
6. Click Save and Close

There are multiple Causes for this error message
1.While creating Custodian Goods Return Notification if there is a mismatch in Fill up Site, Ship-to Location, Sender id and Account id.
2.Products which are passed in Custodian Goods Return Notification does not have sufficient stock.

1.While creating New Custodian Goods Return NotificationKindly maintain parameters such as  Ship-to Location, Fill up Site, Sender id and Account id as per Consignment Stock Overview

To check Consignment Stock Overview

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center
2. In common task, access Stock Overview
3. Pass the Product id, Select Go
4. You see button "Open Consignment Inventory", Select the button
5. You see as below

Custodian id, Account id, Fill up Site id, Owner id

Sender id should be same as Custodian Id, Account id should be same as Account id, Fill up Site should be same as Fill up Site and Ship-to Location id, Ship-to Location should be same as  Ship-to Party id

2 Kindly make sure that products has sufficient stock while creating Custodian Goods Return Notification

Note: You will have to cancel Current Custodian Goods Return Notification if you identify it is because of Cause 1 or 2 and create a new Custodian Goods Return Notification with right parameters.
