3207980 - Course Home Mobile Browser fullscreen does not work on some content

When utilizing course home on mobile browser, note the full screen button does nothing on some content.

Launch content with courseHome enabled on mobile and notice the fullscreen button tap does nothing on some content.

Native safari support of some content does not support fullscreen mode.

To account for this change on apple mobile phone safari limitation on certian content video, code enhancement via WEF-26520 to detect for this scenario will mimic fullscreen when selecting this button for the 2H2022 release.
