Symptom

You observe the following messages reported in Dbacockpit (tcode SM21) every time TMC  (Technical Monitoring Cockpit)  job  'SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_RSDOOS_MSC'  runs:

Error while resolving host name 'hostname'; rc=HOST_UNKNOWN  
============================================
  
The SAP system is functioning correctly with no issue,  but you'd like to suppress this message.
