Has been waiting the end of executing command for 20 seconds : '/bin/mv -f /sybase/<CID/DM/GTP_REP_site1//<CID>_REP_site1_RSSD_ra.cfg /sybase/<CID>/DM/<CID>_REP_site1//<CID>_REP_site1_RSSD_ra.cfg.bak'. Please check the status for the child process with pid 31903.
