3208100 - Error When Trying to Replicate Employee Between Success Factors and Business ByDesign

You are trying to replicate employee between SF and ByD, however, the error below is appearing:

Error occured during time agreement data update
Save failed
Start Date can't be changed,because of Manual Adjustments on Time Account
Time Profile start date can't be changed with multiple profile splits.

SAP Business ByDesign 2205 and higher.

1. Go to the Master Data Replication work center.
2. Then go to the Employees view.
3. Find the affected Remote Employee ID and select it.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Replicate
6. Error appears.

One of the cause might be that you are trying to delimit the time agreement, but it's unable to do so because the replication request is trying to change the start date of the time profile. Currently, this change is not allowed because manual adjustments exists for the time profile. Also in case there are splits present in the time profile, the change of start date of the time profile start date wont be allowed.

To solve this scenario you need to follow one of the options below:

1. Delete the manual adjustments and execute the replication request.
2. Change the time profile start date of the replication request same as that of the time profile in Byd System.
