Symptom
It shows a blank page when users try to access Agent Portal with Japanese language in browser.

Reproducing the Issue
- Change the browser language to Japanese (ja)
- Try to access the Agency Portal
- It shows a blank page
Resolution
Permanent solution:
RCM Engineering team is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution soon.
Workaround:
Agency users can change the browser language to a different one, for example English, to access the Agency Portal for the time being.
