It shows a blank page when users try to access Agent Portal with Japanese language in browser.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Change the browser language to Japanese (ja)
2. Try to access the Agency Portal
3. It shows a blank page

Permanent solution:

RCM Engineering team is aware of this issue and is working to provide a solution soon.

Workaround:

Agency users can change the browser language to a different one, for example English, to access the Agency Portal for the time being.
