3208174 - [Android] Reimagine homepage does not display upon first time login [SF MOB]

• Currently on the mobile SuccessFactors Android application, if a user is accessing the Reimagine Homepage (Latest Homepage) for the first time, the user will see the previous version of our homepage.
• iOS is not affected;

1. Do the activation of the SuccessFactors Android application;
2. On the first time that it loads the homepage, it will load the legacy mobile homepage.

Given certain architectural constraints of our Android platform, this experience exists as we are managing a legacy version of our homepage and the new UXR homepage. Once all information has been cached, then the next time the user logins or returns to the Reimagine homepage, they will see the correct Homepage version.

This is currently working on a fix by 2H 2022, as we consider this a considered an enhancement as it will only happen on Android on the first time that the users access the latest Homepage.

We will update this KBA if the fix date or any change on the timeline is done.
