3208227 - PtP replication: Change of country code for existing pernr is not supported

Symptom

"Change of country code for existing pernr is not supported" happens in PtP employee data replication. 

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Replicate employee master data from SFEC to ECP system.
  2. Check SLG1 log.
  3. HRSFEC_SERVICES035 displayed. 

Cause

Table T001 is not maintained properly.

Resolution

  1. Get company code (BUKRS) from infotype 1 from replication result. 
  2. Check the corresponding land1 field in table T001 with the company code.
  3. Check and maintain the correct land1 field in T001.
