3208361 - Unable to filter Services in New Goods and Services Receipt Run

You are trying to filter a New Goods and Services Receipt Run with a Service ABC (ABC being the Service ID), but you cannot find any result.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Select work center Goods and Services Receipts.
2. Select view "Goods and Services Receipts Run".
3. Click "New".
4. Select the tab Product.
5. Maintain "Including" in "Inclusing/Exclusion" field.
6. Search your service ABC under Product field: no result can be found.

This is the expected system behavior.

You can filter the goods and services receipts considered for the run based on:

• Supplier

• Company

• Product

• Product Category

However, filtering via Services is currently not possible.
