Even though the user has the required and necessary permission in CSB to received SSL Certificate Renewal Reminders, the users are still not receiving any email notifications regarding the expiration of the RMK SSL Certificate.

Customer is not using the jobs2web domain instead of the actual Domain owned by the customer.

Even though the customer can use the jobs2web domain to preview the career site before the installation of the RMK SSL Certificate, the customer is expected to use the own domain as the Site URL of the RMK Career site of their Production instance. Otherwise the RML SSL Certificate reminder will not be triggered for the users.
