3208517 - Thumnail Image field is not Editable on Add New Item Screen

On the Add New Item screen, the Thumbnail Image field is present but cannot be modified. After creating the item, the Thumbnail field has an edit option.

The system should not be displaying the Thumbnail Image field on the Add New Item screen as Thumbnail Image requires an Item ID to already be created in the system before being able to be edited.

This will be fixed in 2H 2022 release.
