3208519 - Missing column in Role-mapped Skills export file - Job Profile Builder

When exporting template “Role-mapped Skills” with existing data on "Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export" the column “Role.SkillMappings.skill.externalCode” is missing.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB)

1. Go to: “manage job profile content import/export”;
2. Export template “Role-mapped Skills” with existing data;
3. Check that column (“Role.SkillMappings.skill.externalCode”) is missing.

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Go to Configure object Definition -> Select Dropdown -> Click on "Object Definition" -> Search Role Skill Mapping;
3. Click on Take Action -> Make Correction -> Click On Skill -> Make the Visibility as "Editable";
   
4. Click Save, it will fix the issue and do import from Manage job profile import/Export.

After performing these steps the column will be displayed in the export file.
