How to Configure Candidate Status Label to Display for Agency Users in Agency Portal

NOTE: The status in this screen is for Agency users when accessing the Portal and not the same as the internal status in Candidate Pipeline.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings

2. Scroll down to Agency Portal Section

3. Under Recruiting Agency Access, enable “Configure label for candidate status displayed to agency users”. Save it

4. Navigate to Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration

5. Select the Applicant Status Set Name and the Status Name to configure

6. Scroll down to Agency User

7. Under Agency User Status Label, enter the Label to display in Agency Portal

8. The added Status Label will display to Agency Users

NOTE: If Configure label for candidate status displayed to agency users field is disabled, the Agency User can see only the standard applicant statuses below.

• Forwarded --> Forwarded status
• Invited to Apply --> Invited to Apply status
• Applied --> All the other applicant statuses (including Hired, Disqualified and Closed statuses)
