Symptom

Company Logo showing with White background color instead of image
We can see white background color at the right top corner of the page

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

Login into Instance > At the left top corner of the page, Company Logo image is not showing. Instead white background color is shown

Cause

'Logo background container' in Theme Manager > Fine Tune > Logo is set as white and there is no company logo uploaded in instance.

Resolution

To check the background color go to Admin Center > Theme Manager > edit your Theme > Fine Tune > Logo > Background Color is set as White color (#FFFFFF).

To fix this issue: Go to Theme Manage settings, uncheck the Background color and select the Upload a logo button and save the Theme page. Then click on 'save' at the bottom.

After doing so, we recommend uploading your logo following the guidance from KBA 2089436 - How to Upload and Display Your Company Logo in the SuccessFactors

Once the background logo is disabled and the new logo is uploaded, please log out and login again to verify if the issue was resolved.
