3208578 - Unexpected data shown in app Production Cost Analysis

You would like to select data for orders with postings only in specific periods. You selected in app Production Cost Analysis with filter "Period From" and "Period To".
However, orders in other periods also showed in the report.

Filter "Period From" and "Period To" in app Production Cost Analysis.

It's design that the filter "Period From" and "Period To" are the periods that Costs happen, not creation periods. These periods are used for restricting order costs, e.g. order Actual Costs, Plant Costs, Target Costs, and also the Order Status are dependent on periods.

If you would like to check the orders which have costs in certain period, you could download the orders into Excel and filter with column Actual Cost Debit and Actual Cost Credit not equal to zero.
If you want to filter the orders by Creation date in this app, you should set the 'Created On' visible(default hide) in the filter bar, or you can filter orders by create date(Created On) in the lists report after you click Go button.

Additionally, to avoid out of memory error, please avoid select data over year (only select data in the same year).
