3208597 - Application Bookmarks Behave differently after upgrade to Wave 2022.08

Before the release, Bookmarks using BW4 Live models with prompts use the model values(backend values) as the default values.

After the release, this behavior changes for Applications, but it remains the same for stories.

For Application, the default values of the prompt change to the ones set in Bookmarks.

There is an enhancement which is to control if the values of bookmarks have higher privilege or the values of the model(backend) have higher privilege.

If you want to use backend values always, please uncheck the options below:

 "Edit Analytic Application" -> "Analytic Application details" -> "Viewer Settings " -> "Bookmarks".
