3208943 - Error Message "Name Missing" when Replicating Organizational Structure to C4C

You are facing the error message "Name Missing" in the Application Log when Replicating Organizational Structure to C4C

SAP Cloud for Customer

1.  Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Go to the General Setting work center view.
3. Open the Organizational Structure Replication.
4. Check the Failed/Not Started Request query.
5. Open the Application Log 1234 (where 1234 refers to Application Log ID).
6. Go to the Results facet.
7. Expand all.

Error: "Name missing".

When you check the Incoming payload for Service Interface OrganizationCentreReplicationRequestInitiatedByExternalIn, you have something like the following:

        <Name languageCode="AB">NAME_OF_ORG</Name> (where AB refers to the language code)

and the Language AB is missing on the Business Configuration fine-tuning activity Communication Language for Data Replication.

Please follow the steps below to configure and set the Communication Language for Data Replication:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview work center view.
3. Search for BC Fine-tuning activity Communication Language for Data Replication.
4. Please maintain the AB language in the system.
