3209027 - KNA1-LIFNR and LFA1-KUNNR are blank when BP get sent to target system by webservice the first time

Symptom

Field KNA1-LIFNR and LFA1-KUNNR are blank when BP get sent to target system by webservice the first time, but when the BP is changed and replicated for the second time, the data is replicated properly.
