3209027 - KNA1-LIFNR and LFA1-KUNNR are blank when BP get sent to target system by webservice the first time

Symptom

In source system, customer and supplier are linked to each in field KNA1-LIFNR and LFA1-KUNNR, and linked to same BP.  

During the first time replication via BP webservice, vendor/customer/BP are created but field KNA1-LIFNR and LFA1-KUNNR are blank in target system.

When the BP is changed and replicated for the second time, the data is replicated properly.
