3209031 - Tax Jurisdiction Code Appears Several Times in the Value Help of Manage Business Partner App

Several occurrences of the same/ identical Tax Jurisdiction code appears in the value help of Business Partner Fiori apps. However, in the Maintain Business Partner app, we can view the complete list of unique Tax Jurisdiction codes. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Try to select the Tax Jurisdiction code in the Manage Business Partner Master Data app 

1. Go to Manage Business Partner Master Data app
2. Find and open the Business Partner ID
3. Go to the Address tab
4. Select the address and click on the arrow to go to the Address details
5. In the Address tab, click on the blue link Show More
6. Select Edit at the top right corner of the screen
7. In the Tax Jurisdiction field, select the value help
8. Tax Jurisdiction code is repeatedly displayed in the pop-up options

Try to select the Tax Jurisdiction code in the Maintain Business Partner app 

1. Go to the app Maintain Business Partner
2. Find and Open the Business Partner ID
3. Switch Between Display and Change
4. In the Address tab, select the value help for the Tx Jurisdiction field
5. Able to see the complete list of unique Tax Jurisdiction codes

Technical inconsistencies in the backend.

In response to the reported issue, a software correction will be deployed on all customer systems with the 2208 release.

As a workaround, to maintain the Tax Jurisdiction code for the Business Partner, use the Maintain Business Partner app.
