When the job requisition is posted to the External Career Site (Recruiting Marketing), the details in the posting look different from the setup defined in the job requisition and/or from the external posting preview.

There is a job layout being applied to the job requisition.

Job Layout's purpose is to have more flexibility in the job posting, and it could be based on locales or brands configured for a Career Site Builder RMK site.

If Job Layout is applied to the job requisition, then the posting will follow the job layout's configuration.
