3209188 - Behaviour when proxying with someone who has a different banner image configured

• When proxying as another user who belongs to a different division or theme group with a different banner image configured, the banner image does not change.
• Theme not changing when proxying
• Banner image not applied for proxied user
• When proxying as another user, the Home Page banner image does not change.
• The proxied user’s theme is not applied during proxy sessions.
• The Home Page continues to display the original logged-in user’s banner, even when proxying.
• The banner image appears incorrect or inconsistent when compared to the proxied user’s configuration.

Configuring a Different Banner Image on the Home Page for Different Groups:

1. Go to Admin Center > Theme Manager.
2. For each landing page theme you've created, go to Fine Tune > Home Page (Latest) > Desktop banner image and select Upload an image.
3. Upload a banner image.
   For best results, use an image with an aspect ratio of 16: 9.
   The uploaded image is displayed in the Theme Preview area.
4. Save your changes.

Reproducing the scenario:

1. Log in
2. Proxy with another user from a different theme group.
3. While proxying, the system continues to display the logged-in user’s theme, not the proxied user’s theme

This is expected behavior.

Theming (including banner images) is always applied based on the actual logged-in user. Proxying does not switch the theme to that of the proxied user.
