3209209 - Client Certifiacte Authentication(X.509) failed with error: 'no applicable certificate mapping rule found'

Symptom

Client Certifiacte Authentication(X.509) for As ABAP systems failed with following error:

N dy_signi_ext: no applicable certificate mapping rule found

The above error is showing the logon trace log when issue reproduce, see note: 2333295 - Tutorial - "Logon problem trace analysis" [VIDEO]
