3209454 - How to Activate Guided Selling Add-On in SAP Cloud For Customer

This KBA explains how to activate the Guided Selling add-on in your SAP Cloud for Customer solution

 SAP Cloud for Customer

A separate license (Intelligent Sales Add-on) is required before you can add Guided selling to a project.

Please follow the below steps to enable the Guided selling add-on in your system:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to the 3rd step
5. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions
6. Scope "Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP"
7. Go to the 4th steps Questions.
8. Expand the scoping element Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution from SAP.
9. Scope the scoping question "Do you want to use Guided Selling in your cloud solution?"
10. If you would like to enable embedded mode for Guided Selling, scope the scoping question "Do you want to use Embedded Guided Selling in your cloud solution?"
11. If you don't want to enable embedded mode for Guided Selling, please skip step 10.
12. Click Next and Finish
13. Go to Administrator -> General Settings -> Business Roles and edit applicable business roles.
14. Under Work Center and View Assignments,
• Enable Sales >Guided Selling (ID: COD_GS_GUIDEDSELLING) and Sales > Opportunities(ID: COD_OPPORTUNITY_WCVIEW) for users that execute guided sales
• Enable Activity Planner >Playbook (ID: COD_GS_PLAYBOOK) for users that define activities and actions by sales phase or cycle.
15. Save your entries.

Note: If required license (Intelligent Sales Add-on) has not been purchased then system will throw an error message while finishing the project.
