(ONB) External User Welcome Message reminder is still sent to Candidates even if the step has been completed.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Email Services> Email Status
2. See that (ONB) External User Welcome Message is sent to same candidate multiple times

Similar to what is stated in https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3059467 reminder will be sent until the new hire Due date depending upon configuration of your reminder.

With the current Onboarding feature, this is the system expected behavior.

An enhancement request is already open under OBX-22726.

• Since this is an enhancement, we have no information yet on when this will be deployed. You may have this posted via the Influence Portal to track the progress of the enhancement.
