3209550 - Cannot find ODBC function <SQLAllocConnect> in </opt/teradata/client/16.20/odbc_64/lib/tdataodbc_sb64.so>. - SAP Data Services 4.2

Symptom

  • When executing the Job from the management console the job fails with the following error message
    • Cannot find ODBC function <SQLAllocConnect> in </opt/teradata/client/16.20/odbc_64/lib/tdataodbc_sb64.so>".  
  • When you test the DSN  using the isql utility you are able to connect to the database successfully
  • You are using DataDirect as the driver manager
