3209637 - The team page keeps loading and nothing displays on BPC web

Symptom

  • On BPC web, when you go to 'Teams' page, it keeps loading and nothing displays till the system login fails.
  • Or when you click on 'My Activities', there is no response.
  • Error can be find in F12 console:
    Failed to load resource, the server responded with a status of 404
    could not load theme parameters from 
    sap_belize/libarary-parameters.json
    Invalid XML
