3209655 - Updated Picklist Label Not Reflecting in Standard Element

Changes to picklist label do not reflect in Standard Element.

Sample scenario:

1. Picklist is added to Employee Central field, such as "custom-string1";
2. "custom-string1" is mapped to an Employee Field, such as "custom01";
3. Upon updating the label of one or more picklist values, the changes reflect on the Employee Central field: "custom-string", but do not reflect on Employee Profile: "custom01".

This is expected behavior as per the current product design.

The updated picklist label reflects in the Employee Central field because that is the field to which it is associated.

The Employee Profile field is synced by the HRIS Sync. If no change that triggers the job, such as a change to the Job Information, Personal Information, Compensation Information and so on, the Employee Profile field will still display the old label.

In order to fix that, performing a dummy change to the Employee Central block (Job Information, Personal Information, Compensation Information, etc.) can be made.

If there were several updates to several picklist values and/or picklists, a Full HRIS Sync may be considered.
