3209695 - Checkbox “Activate Phase model” is not invisible in order type customizing

Symptom

When aligning business process to SAP Best Practice, the checkbox “Activate Phase model” is not invisible in order type customizing (OIOA). Due to this issue, the phase model is unable to active.
