3209850 - Automatic reprocessing does not work, AIF job fails with error MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN

Symptom

Automatic reprocessing has been set in t-code /AIF/REP_AC_ASGN for some specific error message. 

When the error happen, job /AIF/XXXXXX (program /AIF/PERS_RUN_EXECUTE) is created for automatic reprocessing.

The job end with dump MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN like below:

Short Text
    Message type " " is unknown.

Information on where terminated

    The termination occurred in ABAP program or include
     "/AIF/CL_APPL_LOG_WRITER=======CP", in "CONVERT_MSG_TO_BAPIRET". The
    main program was "/AIF/PERS_RUN_EXECUTE".
