Symptom

  • The status of Adaptive Processing server (APS), Lumira server and Web Application Container Server (WACS) is failed.
  • In the restart logs of above servers with high tracelog level, the below entry is noticed:
    “could not load dll 'TraceLog-4-0' because: null and <SAP_BI_installationFolder>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\TraceLog-4-0.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform”
