3210013 - Cannot identify template reporting Error "... has no package" when generating a transport request for a Template in System Monitoring

While using transaction Generate Request functionality to transport templates, an error message is shown:

There are xxx other custom templates, not listed below as those cannot be transported because they are in local package however you are not able to identify which template is referring as it only shows an ID.
