3210108 - ICNV Table Rename fails with ORA-00955

Symptom

ICNV conversion failing with error:

Step 10-<TABLE_NAME>/TTABL_RNM 01/01/2022/12:20:20
Create original tables again
sql:
RENAME "QCM<TABLE_NAME>" TO "<TABLE_NAME>"
SQL error 955: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
DDL time(___1): .........3 milliseconds
The SQL statement was not executed
TTABL_RNM: Operation DB_RENAME_TABLE failed
End step 10-EDI40/TTABL_RNM 01/01/2022/12:20:20
