3210162 - Unable to export color and text formatting in report stories

Symptom

User unable to export the text and table formatting (such as cell color, font styles, and so on).

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
People Analytics Report Story

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to instance
  2. Proceed to report center
  3. Create a report with formatted tabled
  4. export via .csv or .xlsx
  5. exported file did not export the formatted text

Cause

This is an expected behavior.

Resolution

Formatting (such as cell color, font styles, and so on) will not be exported.
