When trying trying to update user records following error appears:

"You cannot create a job information record without the hire record for user. The first job information record must be the hire record. "

• There is no "Hire" event reason defined in job information which is not correct, the warning is due centralized services for Job Information which validates inconsistencies.

• In case during migration to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central from other system, as a workaround the first record's event was used as Data Change or Rehire, then this needs to be corrected using full purge job info import. For guidance see Knowledge Base Article: 3446818 - and for more information about the validations see 3103944
