Resolution

NOTE: to execute the next steps, you will need a S-User ID with Software Download authorization and the necessary license for the Adobe LifeCycle Designer add-in. For further information on this, check the See Also section.

  1. Access URL: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter
  2. Navigate to the Support Packages & Patches tab
  3. Click the By Alphabetical Index (A-Z)
  4. Click the letter A
  5. Click ADOBE LIVECYCLE DESIGNER
  6. Chose the software version
  7. Click the .EXE link to download the add-in
