3210618 - Learning Integration Status States Failed

An error message showing the reason for a 'Failed' status is not displayed to The Administrator when they attempt to update the Learning integration.

The reason for the "Failed" status is that the Administrator attempted to update the Learning Integration URL to a SuccessFactors platform tenant for which the integration is currently enabled. When updating an integration that is already enabled in SuccessFactors platform, integration must be disabled before the update and then re-enabled after the update.

This is being enhanced by the Engineering team.

To have the integration be confirmed:

1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Go to Company Settings
3. Find the Learning Integration setting
4. Disable the setting and save
5. Go back to Learning and Confirm the integration in the BIZX configuration file
