3210677 - Unable to Terminate an Employee

You are trying to terminate an employee but failed.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Personnel Administration work center.
2. Select Regular Tasks view.
3. Select Terminate Relationship with Employee.
4. Search the employee you want to terminate.
5. Select Last Working Day for the employee.
6. Click the Save and Close button to save the changes but the employee is not terminated.

Some time entries are causing this issue.

There is another option to access Employee Time Sheet.

If you ask the employee manager to access Manage My Area work center -> Call Employee Services On Behalf view, and then select the employee you want to access. There is a full list of menu options on the right hand side.

You can access the Employee Time Sheet from here and there is no delay. Once you have actioned the Time Records in the system, that have been recorded after the proposed Termination Date, you'll be able to terminate the employee.
