3210798 - The Employee Times View in Time Administration WoC is Having Performance Issue.

Symptom

The Employee Times view in Time Administration WoC is always loading or having performance issue.

Environment

SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

1. Click in Employee Times view in Time Administration WoC;

2. The UI is keeping loading and having performance issue.

Cause

POs (Purchase Orders) have unlimited over-delivery and have Supplier level source of supply. Too many Time Recordings are linked to POs. There are many plus time recordings associated with these POs, which is having a knock on effect on this Time Admin UI.

Resolution

We would suggest going forward to try and reduce the amount of Time Recordings linked to POs in this manner, which will in turn provide a more robust performance at the UI level.
