3210899 - Card Is Not Visible For Specific User On Home Page

Symptom

You try to make the "My Queue" card visible for a specific user on Home Page, however after leave the adaptation the card is not appearing to the user.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Start adapting home page for user role "ABC".
2. You will see the card "My Queue" is actually already visible.
3. Select card "My queue" and deactivate it.
4. Add card again to the specific area.
5. Publish, update only the cards you've changed.
6. Log in with "XYZ" user.
7. Card is not visible.
8. Also when the end user reverts his personalization, the card remains invisible.

Cause

User has multiple business roles assigned.
Some of these business roles does not have the "My Queue" query visible.

Resolution

If the user wants to see the card "My Queue", all the assigned roles should have the card visible or should have only the roles which has the card visible.

Also, in case you remove the groups on home page and all the cards are in 1 default group, the card should appear.
Currently when the user has multiple roles assigned, the cards visible will be merged of all roles and order of groups may be not consistent.
