3210957 - Popup "Could not validate the source of the file. Show the file anyway?" message even pdf document can be downloaded and display

Symptom

Open the "My Forms" application tile, select any item in the list and it would display the popup "Could not validate the source of the file. Show the file anyway?". However, the pdf document still display and can be downloaded successfully
