3210963 - Unable to Switch Off the E-mail Notification When an User has the Password Changed

You would like to switch off the e-mail notification related when an User changes his/her password.

SAP Cloud for Customer 2205 and higher.

This feature is not only an SAP product standard, but also a legal requirement as coming from the BSI (Bundesagentur für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik, i.e. German federal agency for IT security).

Currently, this is the expected system behavior. It's not possible to switch it off or customize the template.
