3210971 - The job posting is blocked at step 2 in the Recruiting Posting process - Recruiting Posting

The recruiter attempted to post a job to a specific job board, but the process stalls at step 2. It does not advance to step 3, even though all required fields are completed and no errors are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

    1.    Navigate to the Job Posting section and click “Post Job”.
    2.    Select a posting profile and click “Next”.
    3.    Choose a job board and click “Next”.
    4.    Complete all required fields and click “Next”.
    5.    The screen fails to proceed to Step 3, with no error message displayed.

This behavior may result from several factors, one of which is an unrealistic salary range.

Review the salary range entered in the job posting and ensure the salary range is realistic and aligns with the job market standards.
