3211138 - Problem with Calendar: Cannot See Objects (Appointments, Tasks, Visits)


You are not able to see some (or any) objects in your C4C Calendar.


SAP Cloud for Customer


  1. Scoping is missing.
  2. You have personalized the Calendar to not show certain items.
  3. If you can see the objects in one browser, but not another, then the browser cache might need to be deleted.
  4. The 'Task relevant category' table is not maintained.
  5. The filter for 'Tasks' is unchecked.


For scenario 1:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre
  2. Open the relevant scoping project
  3. Navigate to step 4, Questions
  4. Expand Sales > Account and Activity Management > Activity Managment
  5. Find the question "Do you want to start using tasks in Calendar?"
  6. Review it and add it to your project
  7. Save and Finish the scoping. You might need to refresh the system to see the changes (log out and back in).

For scenario 2:

  1. Go to your Calendar
  2. Click your user icon
  3. Select 'Start Personalization' 
  4. Check if you have the objects set to active/ visible. 


For scenario 3:

Please do the following:
  1. The effected user should log out of ALL instances of C4C they have open.
  2. Delete browser cache for the browser, for example Chrome.
  3. After this: Log back into C4C but use the plain URL - do not log into a saved link!
  4. Use only the tenant url, no saved link, no extended link, so for example: OR (myxxxxxx represents your tenant url).
  5. Re-check the scenario. 

For scenario 4:

  1. Go to the Administration work center
  2. Go to the General Settings view
  3. Select Maintain Task Relevant category table
  4. Click 'Add' to maintain task categories that you want to see displayed in the Calendar view. 

For scenario 5:

Click the filter icon on the Calendar and check if the object type and the relevant object status are checked. Only if they are checked will the object be displayed.
