3211141 - Incorrect client IP address is displayed in Table USR41

Symptom

User would like to do some customized function and intend to read table USR41 as data source of client IP address.

However, while checking the table value it is observed that the table's IP address entry is not correct.

Sometimes it contains the wrong value, sometimes it shows as empty.
