3211304 - Authorized to Teach - Accented Character Does Not Display Appropriately

  When accessing the Authorized to Teach section, during the scheduling of an instructor-led item, the Item ID with an accented character does not render correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create an instructor-led item with an example ID of "1H2022-á"
2. On the item record go to Actions > Schedule
3. In the Add New Class page, select the "+" symbol on "Primary Instructor" field
4. Scroll down until the Authorized to Teach block displays, which will show the Item ID field. The accented character will show as a "?"

This issue is resolved in the 2H 2022 release.
